I was at the store this evening shopping with my toddlers and as I was checking out, the checkout person wasn’t able to transact my store credit for $5 off my purchase before my credit card ran through. She called the manager Donald Story over to help, and rather than cancelling and rerunning all my purchases, he ran his own card to get me the $5. I think that he had to use a personal card rather than a store-supplied card, and I really appreciated him going above and beyond to make things more convenient for me, at his own expense. The store is lucky to have people like him to problem-solve situations to help customers and I hope that he can be properly reimbursed for his efforts to help. That kind of dedication brings...

Even though this incident happened a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned to my family to never want to shop at this store ever again. I had a statement of which the manager and owner knows of an employee or I guess now possibly a employee if still working there made towards me. I don't want to publicly say what it was. I have the right to still be angry. Train your employees and that particular one if still be there better. I'm a now retired former store manager. I had at least once a week mandatory meetings with my employees.The owner hopes one day I will shop this store again and earn my trust, at this point very doubtful.
