Willie Caston Park — Attraction in Sacramento

It's a cool small park. The city does neglect this park some. There is tan bark that has been sitting there for months. Just sitting in two large piles. The clean up crew comes by and does a drive by only picking up some garbage on the ground while missing most because they don't walk around looking and removing garbage. All of the garbage cans are NOT emptied when they do their clean up. I've seen them just drive by garbage cans without emptying them or even looking to see how much if any garbage was inside...

I live by this park...I've been to this park a lot of times. they recently put it in the basketball hoop, & Volleyball nets. They also have soccer Soccer goals for soccer.
