I brought 3 previous receipts...every single one of the items on the previous 2 receipts checked out. The 3rd receipt have 3 unidentifiable items in it with no description at all (my fault that I was not paying attention on the monitor nor I checked the the receipt while I was at the store). I came home and sure enough I did not get the phantom items I been charged. I showed it to the manager my concern and all he said was I don't know I did not do it. I showed him the current receipt 06/08/2024. How do you explain that this receipt has over 20 items and every single one of them have description and identifiable? Another time I bought pork meat (got a mix of fresh and not so fresh). All they said is to bring it back. The attitude of manager just does not lend to good customer service. Revising my review from 5 stars to one star.

The store is average but my rating comes from the honesty of the employees. Kudos to their security guard for finding my phone on the ground outside in the parking lot, turned it in and I was able to recover it. Honesty is the best policy and they sure...

One of their employees, a young man in a hoodie named Phuc Nguyen, today around 12PM tried to steal my debit card, he grabbed it from my hand and he gave it back to me and I punched in my debit card code to pay for the goods I bought and then he took the card from me and tried handing it to an old woman. Also, before the transaction I asked him two times to give me a bag, he gave me a bag the second time I asked him after I paid, but I asked him to bag it up for me before hand and he didn't even listen. But I told him next time he tries to take my property I will get the police involved, I also told that to his manager who was an old Vietnamese lady, and I brought the issue up to his manager to train her workers better and I told her I will get the police involved next time it happens because that's my personal property. Never ever buy frozen fruit or fish at this location. They have the most horrible refrigeration system ever. I'm writing this from not just one experience but several times over the years shopping there. The most recent one was (few week's ago) when I bought frozen durians on sale. The entire durian was rotten when I opened up the fruit to eat! Very disappointed & they are not cheap! Worst of all , I can't make a complaint or return because they have a very unfriendly return policy as well. We had 2 similar experiences in the past. The entire box of mangoes that my wife bought was rotten. Before that , fish sold that appeared good was found rotten when we got home to cook! I wonder how they even pass the health inspection or even open for business.
