Royal Tasty Cuisine & Catering — Restaurant in Sacramento

I recently dined at Royal Tasty Cuisine & Catering in Sacramento and had an outstanding experience! Teja, the manager, has assembled a top-notch team of cooks and waiters, ensuring that every visit is exceptional. My waiter, Amar, took awesome care of me and made my visit even more enjoyable.

The food here is simply amazing. They have the best Punjabi cook in the kitchen, crafting authentic and delicious Punjabi meals. I ordered the veg thali with bhindi masala, and it was incredibly tasty. The thali came with fresh, piping hot garlic naan, bhindi masala, dal makhani, jeera rice, and gulab jamun. Every single item was fresh, yummy, and delicious. The bhindi masala had the perfect spice level—flavorful without being too spicy. The garlic naan was so fresh and crunchy, it melted in my mouth, and it was loaded with cilantro, adding an extra burst of flavor. The gulab jamun was soft, sweet, and clearly freshly made.

The prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for such high-quality food. Additionally, Teja is very active in the local Ravidas gurdwara and regularly participates in food seva for the community, which is truly commendable.

They also have some unique items on the menu, like masala fries, which I can't wait to try next time. I love this restaurant and will definitely be back to explore more of their delicious...

From the very first bite, this experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The layers of flavor, the perfect blend of spices, and the authenticity of every dish transported me straight to the heart of India. Very friendly and hospitable staff, it’s our first time here and it was a nice experience, they have plenty of varieties to chose from, we tried their golgappe Dahi chaat which was tasty and refreshing, the cheese corn masala was yummy, Amritsari kulcha thali, aloo kulcha and mixed veg paratha were very tasty and perfectly spiced, the egg curry was mildly spiced and good in taste, and they served gulaab jamun as complimentary, overall an excellent experience and we strongly recommend this restaurant who wants to try some good Indian food...
