I ordered the flounder sandwich and they tried to give me two pieces of fish between a bun. I drove back to return the sandwich, which isn't close I might add. I spoke with the manger Jason and he tried to tell me that's how they are made, when two days before I purchased a sandwich and it was one full filet. The breading and seasoning is totally different from the filet on the sandwich. He tried to argue with me that they haven't sold the sandwich with a whole filet since the previous promotion. How when I just bought one two days ago. I frequent this establishment quite a lot and I am disappointed 😞☹️. They need to inform customers if they are going to swap the filet with two pieces of fish. Read moreService, for the 1st time at this site was crabby. Cashier was rude when I asked for the 2 can dine for $10. I was told they couldn't sell me that menu cause coffee was over. Yet, it continued to rotate on the inside board. Supervisor on sutton, was just as rude if not more so. She said there wasn't anything she could about it rotating on the board. I asked her why not unplug it. She blurted "No, Customers needed to see what to order." I rebutted that I too am a customer but you won't sell me what I tried to order. She muttered something beneath her and hurried off back to the back. I thought she was getting someone higher than her. Both cashier and supervisor left standing there and pursued helping other customers. I kept telling cashier I was still her customer and to allow me time to change my order. She tried to apologize cause they were training new employees. I informed her she was rude and needed better customer service skills. Read moreI have been to visit my favorite local Popeyes restaurant on many of occasions. The last two times I have gone in to place my favorite orders for my family and I. I have been rudely greeted by a team member named Ruby. She makes the order experience very unpleasant for me as I order here often. I typically have to go back-and-forth with her on occasion to let her know that, I am a returning customer and the only time that I ever have an issue is when she is behind the counter. It truly saddens me that I am having such horrible experience based on one person within this chain and it’s causing me to have a really bad taste in my mouth. On this Saturday evening September 25, after placing my order with Ruby upon checking my food I did ask to speak with her and instead of her attempting to accommodate my needs she pretty much just stared at me and I proceeded to ask for a refund I will not be returning to this location unless she is no longer there .
