El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Sacramento

I'm very big on Pollo Loco and have been around quite a few in this area. This is easily the worst one unfortunately.

The food is just bad - Anything leafy or green is always wilted or old, the chicken is super dry and none of it ever tastes fresh or even good. At best, the Burritos are OK.

The sauce/dressing cups are always super watered down and the tortilla chip bags are barely filled to even half the bag. The fountain drink syrup distribution is also set very low (which is whatever about fountain drinks, but I just think that's pretty silly to skimp on).

Also service is super limited too. I have never been there with someone immediately available to take my order like other locations.

Yesterday, I bought a Chicken Tostada via food delivery from here and it was pretty horrendous. Today, I got one from a different location and the difference was genuinely night and day.

Just overall, this place is ran on the tightest dollar. It's the closest to me, within walking distance even- but I always AVOID this one and would rather drive to either the Stockton Blvd location or the one on Florin Road. They are much...

I really like there food. I just had a bad experience there not too long ago it was unbelievable I couldn't get one of the managers to come up to the counter of something that was so important there was an elderly woman who could barely walk and also myself that had this incident by the salsa bar there was a mess on the floor not a little mess I was trying not to slip trying to get salsa the elderly woman I feel bad for her because she wasn't having it easy she started to almost slip herself I tried getting one of the managers to come up to the counter to notice what was going on believe it or not not one or the other came to speak with me in regards of cleaning up the mess it was told by employees to tell me that they were busy I told them to tell the management that it was very important I was very upset later I was still on a tease I called to see if I could speak to one of the managers again I was told they were busy unbelievable then when they have a lawsuit on their hands they wonder why someone could have really got hurt and they just...

If I could give no stars I would..The customer service is terrible..To many females employees standing around chit chatting, and ignoring customers..They seem raciest they make sure they wait on there own first..They will stand there staring at you talking about you in Spanish..I had an online order, and it wasn't even ready for pick up..They had plenty of time to get the order ready....Another time I went there I ordered a Original Pollo Bowl and it had chicken bones in it luckily I seen it..There entry doors are nasty hand prints all over they need to clean there doors..I won't be ordering from this El Pollo...
