Quickly Tea — Restaurant in Sacramento

There wasn’t any sign of pricing for the drink size, which I didn’t mind as much until my order came out wrong. I was told cup size comes in small, regular (medium), and large. I ordered two drinks one small honey dew slush with lychee jelly and a regular taro snow with boba. He did not repeat my order and I was sure it will be okay (My fault on not checking). The drinks turned out right, yet the sizes weren’t as expected. They were swapped! I specifically told him the size are wrong and he insisted that it’s what I ordered and showed me the receipt. A RECEIPT DOES NOT MEAN YOU’RE RIGHT WHEN I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED! Then he said that we didn’t get CHARGE for the regular(medium) drink size(which is the honeydew drink now) because it’s given to us. Which means the taro drink was put down as small drink. He’s just covering up his mistake? Obviously, I did get charged for it because it’s the size I ordered but flavor drinks were swapped. Now I’m wondering what’s really the cups size price. Didn’t want to cause a scene so we just left with the drinks that was made. Not going there...

Now called Quick Tea. although this is no longer quickly, they still provide all quickly food/milk tea items.

bummed out that popcorn chicken no longer comes with basil, but they do sell other tasty food items and milk tea is still legit as i remember growing up in the late 90s.

plus lets talk about the cleanliness and the great sense of humor of the owners, āyí and shūshu!! especially shūshu is such a jokester 🤣 big thanks for giving us free thai iced milk tea to bring home to our kids!

I ordered fried calamari not spicy and received spicy. I could not eat it after my mouth and stomach burned. I called right away and they did not speak English. The man hung up on me 4 times. I go there after dialysis on a disabled bus. I thought I go there on my next treatment day. I used a translator app but the man started yelling at me but the woman used her app to tell me no refund or remake. Must come same day. Boss orders.
