This place doesn’t even pretend to be a real business.

The staff couldn’t care less whether you buy something or not — in fact, they act like you’re bothering them just by walking in or ask questions.

Their attitude is cold, rude, and borderline hostile, like they’re too rich, too important, and too good to be dealing with normal customers. It’s as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you walk through the door. They give off this arrogant, elitist attitude — like they’re on some higher level and you’re beneath them.

Honestly, it doesn’t feel like they’re here to make money. It’s as if they have some other shady source of income and don’t need regular customers at all. The way they treat people makes you wonder if this is some kind of gang-run spot, only open for their “own people.” If you’re not part of their inner circle, don’t expect to be treated with even basic respect.

I’m going to have to give them a 1 star for this. I will not be buying rice from here again. I bought this at the beginning of the year. I remember specifically this bag was the last one that was available (New Buddha). Mind you, I’ve been eating out of this bag since I got it. My husband & kids eat rice as well. I just recently seen the hole that was patched up with red tape. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE! Please have some integrity when selling your products. I’ve worked for grocery stores & they don’t do this. Open products, especially food, should be claims out (discarded).

Disrespectful, Unhygienic……

The staff and management made me feel completely unwelcome, treating me with indifference and even open disrespect. I received rude responses and cold attitudes just for asking simple questions.

The entire place smells strongly of fish and is extremely unpleasant — it’s hard to breathe, let alone enjoy your time there. The hygiene standards seem questionable at best. Honestly, the health department should take a closer look at the cleanliness and overall conditions. I would not recommend this...
