Awesome great customer service today my children and I had an awesome time we had got the party pack tacos that was awesome in the two breakfast burritos it was an awesome thing we prefer the bacon and cheese that was awesome keep up the great customer service you guys having to deal with hookers at come in there and disgusting but your customer service was great your store was very clean and we always loved my children I always loved to come to this Taco Bell people are very friendly and clean and everything is always neat sauces are always were there supposed to be in straws and tables are always clean and Everyone is always busy and there's always someone there greeting you bathrooms are always clean in fast customer service just wanted to let you guys know you guys are awesome that's why I come be back soon keep up the awesome customer service too bad you guys don't do any coupons whatever the deals and your prices are awesome and thank you again see you guys soon merry Christmas and happy New Years hope to see...

Went through at 10:45 am and wasn’t busy. The drive thru window cashier said exact change only. So I said you still take cards right. She sarcastically said “I think” so I ordered she didn’t tell me the cost. She said pull up to the second window. I did she had an attitude. So she gave me a bag all rude and you can see the body language she was mad. I asked for her name she said they don’t give names I said your first name only. She said we don’t give names. I said how do we report you for bad costumer service if I can give your name? She just rolled her eyes and I said let me talk to your manager. She got someone and they said they can’t give out names. Worst one ever… bad customer service went there to order food for my kids specifically told them no cheese my daughter is allergic to cheese and got cheese on her tacos … ordered mango freeze got Baja blast instead … asked for my burritos grilled got them not grilled cheese quesadilla barely has cheese my kid is eating basically a grilled tortilla my chalupa is harder than a rock can’t even take a bite… they are suppose to make new chalupa shells every 15 mins yet this one seem to be just sitting there getting hard for like a few hours….
