The most important part of a successful rehab experience is feeling safe enough to get uncomfortable, dig in, and actually create change in your life. As someone who had never done a PHP/IOP program I was very scared, but the staff, owner, and everyone at Ikon truly makes you feel so seen, safe, and truly cares. They go out of their way to support you and meet your needs day to day. The counselors are top notch (seriously) and have such an open door policy. It’s extremely rare to be able to go into the head of clinical’s office for any issue or advice, and be heard and helped (Ryan is the best). If you choose to stay in the housing both houses are top-notch and the techs are so funny and kind. Seriously would recommend.
