You show your working hours as 10:30, even though it is 11:30, the soda service is closed, on top of that your morning employee is sitting at the desk and I ask why it is closed, she says she doesn't have the key, I can't open it, she continues to play with her phone, please, between 11 and 11:45 you will see on camera that your employee has been sitting and playing with her phone for almost half an hour, despite being a customer, this is disrespectful, she ignores me even though I try to talk, I told her I will complain about her, I asked her to tell me her name and she didn't care, if you continue to employ such arrogant people, you will lose your customers one by one, I am a customer who comes almost every day. I am so sick and tired of Wingstop's lousy fries. I understand some food items just don't travel well, but this isn't the problem. They're never, EVER fresh. Not ever. I actually ordered the fries in the picture WELL DONE thinking that might alleviate the issue this time. Wrong. They are still soggy and droopy. Even McDonald's fries are better (and cheaper).

It's literally not worth it to order this occasional "treat". It's overpriced for what you get. And I'm not talking about portions; the portions are fine. But the fries need an overhaul. Simple instructions that could not be followed: Please tell me how many times I need to specify my request to cook well well done. Overall, it was nasty, disgusting, and disappointing. When someone has a request and is paying for food, cook as requested, not how you usually cook for the majority of your customers. Okay.
