When my Whirlpool washer died recently due to a control board issue (after only having it for 4 years!) I really wanted to get a brand that was similar to the old school washers that lasted forever. After some research I thought Speed Queen was the way to go and spoke to Steve about it. He listened to my concerns, and got me the pricing for the Speed Queen, but highly recommended a commercial grade GE version that had the features I wanted, with a much larger tub, and at a MUCH better price. I ended up ordering both the GE washer and dryer he had recommended (since my 11 year old dryer was on its last legs.) Steve was able to quickly and professionally take care of all of this for me over the phone, since I'm not local to the area, which was so convenient! The delivery arrived on time and was incredibly smooth (much better than my previous experience with Costco appliance delivery by the way!)

Without a doubt, all of my future appliance purchases will be with Steve Vasko at the Saginaw ABC Warehouse. It can be tricky to find a truly caring, honest, and informed salesman these days so I feel incredibly lucky to have found Steve. I had THE BEST experience purchasing our new side-by-side refrigerator this past weekend. I would (and will) recommend everyone to do business here.

I wandered in to ABC after a pretty terrible experience at another larger store in town where I'd received NO service/assistance.

Anyway, I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant/friendly gentleman named Amillio Luna, who assisted me, with no pressure, from that moment until I pulled out of the parking lot. He was kind, patient, personable, he offered me REAL solutions, and walked me through all of the fine print (and using the app) for my ABC card - which he also did not pressure me into applying for AT ALL (I'd actually asked about it - he was still focused on ensuring that I was getting what I needed in the item I was buying). He was sure to explain the details of the no interest promotion period, what happens after, all of the ins and outs of the protection plan, etc. He answered questions I didn't know I had, and I felt like he was genuinely there to help me, not just make a sale.

I couldn't be more pleased with the item I purchased, either. Great price, comparable to the other places I'd looked (and after, online), but honestly, I'll be back just for the customer service here, as it literally leaves NOTHING to be desired.

If I could give no star and leave a comment I would. We ordered a living room set that took a month for half of it to be delivered and then it was wrong. It took another 3 weeks to have the sofa delivered and it was broken. I was told it would be replaced and 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Andrew, a manager, has been speaking to me about the replacement and each time he tells me he will call me on a specific day with an update. I wait 2-3 days after he stated he will call before I call again only to get more excuses. Each time I have been polite and patient. I called again today after not hearing from him and his response was "I thought you were all set". When I finally became frustrated he stated that we should be calm. The furniture was ordered February 12th. It is now April 24th and the sofa is still broken and not replaced. We had the same experience a year ago when we purchased appliances.
