Alyssa was awesome and quick as always I have no problem with her or her service at all. I always enjoy her being my cashier just as much as I did today, A+ to her. However , I called in ahead of time and placed my order and said I would be there in 15-20 minutes. I showed up within that time frame and called to let them know I was there, they said we’ll be out in a minute. I waited almost 15 minutes and finally decide to go in for it. I wait my turn to go in which was awhile cause many people were ahead of me which is not their fault however I would have thought that placed orders would be prioritized. I get in and tell her I’m here for my order, she looks in the bin with the preorders and mine hasn’t even been bagged yet which added time to the transaction. It just made me wonder what’s the point of placing an order upfront. Not a big deal tho which is why I’m still giving five stars. I will say coming in for an order has never had any problems and I love all the cashiers I’ve had the pleasure of talking too so I’m hoping this is an isolated accident due to being a busy Saturday. My budtender was great I love when they recommend things although this time I was offered a top shelf prepacked half oz, I was happy for the deal but they always show you a really pretty prepack that's already open and then give you a different one ( I understand it's a plant and bud size varies) when I got home and emptied it out I was given all small buds and shake that I did not see until emptying the bag, on top of that it's over a year old! January 2024 really guys how can you claim this top shelf, if your going to claim any is top shelf there should not be shake in it, if I'm going to pay top shelf prices then it should be top quality not small buds and shake, you guys literally sell shake separate why does a top shelf half have 3 grams of shake in it and small buds atleast label as such and let the the customer know that quality control is not the best on prepacks be upfront with your customers instead of pushing old crap to make a buck, I'm a regular on the west but decided to come here for the deals, sad to say I will not be returning, so mad I'm stuck with a half of...
