Clean with luxury seating. Friendly staff. Great experience. Both locations are good. 9-2-24 slipped in for an afternoon movie. They allowed people to buy tickets post start time. On come the camera phone lights. Hustle bustle chatter to find seats. Forgot in the rush to silence their phones. Why allow late entry should be a cut off or escorted quietly with a guide. But there are no longer guides nor managers nor rules. After this family did all these things they sit behind me and put their dirty shoes up on the head rests. The whole group of them. Given I moved to St. George for no problems I just didn’t say anything. The grandma mom and teens. What happened to consideration and manners. Etiquette and courtesy. Long gone. Stopped to discuss this on what do you do when you have this. She said I could go find someone leave the movie and interrupt others more. Basically ruin the movie for all other guests. Or she said, move seats. Unfortunate that parents don’t see any value in respecting the theatre property of the other guests experiences. Also a little dish soap and stiff brush to those shoes is desperately needed. I literally was thinking of collecting the shoes and kissing the movie to then deliver their shoes back to them at the end of their movie. You know that compulsive feeling of fixing something and knowing it’s not for you to do. So the movie was sort of a downer with inability to concentrate or ask if I could collect the shoes for a donation of my time to a family that never considered washing their shoes. Aita??? Hard to tell.

Came for the Minecraft movie, bar was next door, told my wife I had to use the restroom and went and hit the bottle of grandpa’s cough syrup next door. 10 out of 10, had to take an uber back to the theatre, totally worth it, uber driver said ā€œsir you can’t drink and driveā€ but he was driving so we’re good, he got the DUI not me, secured the drinks, got cookies next door then went to theatre, only tripped once, good movie, recommend greatly

We enjoy this movie theater and recently had a good customer service experience, making lemonade out of lemons. The concession system had failed and yet the manager made sure that everyone got the concession that they ordered. We had ordered popcorn, and the popcorn wasn’t ready so the manager brought it to us in our seats as the movie started. We also got coupons for free popcorn. We thought this was service over and above. šŸ˜Ž

Megaplex, cut the nonsense with this ā€œreservation fee.ā€ Six bucks just to pick my own seats online? I’m doing the work and you’re charging me for it? Ridiculous. Just be honest you want more money and stop calling it a service.

A follow up to your pathetic response.

Thanks for the robotic copy paste response. Truly inspiring stuff. Nothing says we care like deflecting complaints with a link to a support form no one will ever read. That is not customer service, that is sweeping trash under the rug and pretending the floor is clean. Let’s be real. You are charging people six bucks to pick their own seat online, something that literally saves you time, labor, and money. And you have the nerve to call that a convenience fee? That is not a convenience. That is a ransom. It is like charging someone extra to pour their own soda, then patting yourself on the back for the innovation. Your business model is not evolving. It is rotting. This is not a theater anymore. It is a cash grab with stadium seating. I am not wasting time filling out your useless form. You already heard the feedback. You just do not want it public. Enjoy the one star. You earned every...

Be careful, the employees can be untrustworthy! I accidentally left my phone after a movie and when I called in to ask an employee to check the theater for me she said ā€œsureā€ and placed me on hold without even asking what theater I was in, let alone where I sat. She left me on hold for quite a while doing who knows what. She came back on the line and said ā€œI’m sorry, it wasn’t there.ā€ That’s where my phone was tracking, so I went to check for myself and they wouldn’t let me in the theater. The manager came out and apologized and tried telling me my phone was most likely stolen. The next morning my phone was still tracking at the movie theater so I went again and a nicer manager finally let me into the theater and I found my phone right under the seat I was sitting at for the movie. Thank goodness! But it was no thanks to the two girls working the night shift, manager included. That being said I have been here plenty of times and the experience is usually decent. Enough for me to keep coming back. The popcorn is good, they try to keep service going as fast as possible when it’s busy, and the movies play well. It’s usually a pretty...
