Designer Exchange — Attraction in Saint Petersburg

I’ve been able to score some nice pieces here in the past, but it seems to have gone downhill recently. The whole store has kind of a musty smell, like there’s a roof leak that needs fixed. It’s permeating into the clothing.

The associates are inattentive and prefer to gossip amongst themselves about their customers and consignment rates instead of helping active shoppers. I asked the associate if I could try on a shirt that was on a mannequin and was very patient- she continued to check new people out who were getting in line, instead of calling for help or telling them that she needed two minutes to pull something off of the rack for a customer who had been waiting for a while already. I eventually went into the fitting room, tried on the rest of my items, and was eventually the only one in the store. The item was never pulled for me, so I left as she and another woman continued to chat without...

I am always looking for reasons to shop here! The shop is well organized and has such a wide assortment to choose from. Love that they have a wide variety of clothing and accessories, plus home goods- we always find unique items for great prices... Its a one stop shop for fun!
