Ms Bev and Ramey are awesome to work with! I found them when I was looking for a truly professional jewelry to appraise a few high end pieces for insurance. They were easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Since those initial appraisals five years ago we have had them resize ring jackets for us; take sharp edges off a custom ring, fix and replace clasps on custom made medic alert bracelets, purchased amazing backs (very comfortable, keep the diamond from drooping and great peace of mind as they are much more secure fitting) for our diamond earrings, had more appraisals and updated the initial ones and most recently purchased a piece. I have dealt with jewelers from Alaska to the Middle East and Ms Bev is head over heals the best ever. She is passionate about jewelry, she is patient with her customers, she and her team communicate so there is no confusion, she has met every timeline she has every set and best of all they are super friendly. They love to hear about your life and experiences and share their own with you...they quickly become like family. I have great peace of mind working with the professionals at Diny’s and now matter where life takes me I will always find my way back to Bev for all my jewelry...
