New Look Consignment Store - Furniture & Clothing — Attraction in Saint Robert

Good evening, If I could 10 star the consignment store from a customer point of view as well as a business point of view I would.

I have had an account for a long period of time and I like the fact that it’s convenient and working 24 hrs of my items selling I can pick up my dues. I can drop my items off at the store and the owners will have someone help me bring items in as well as carry items out. (As a customer) The owners are always polite to me. Sherry personally helped me understand the process of making an account and bringing items into the store. They are always professional when I’m in the store shopping and so eager to help. I choose to go on Saturdays when sherry is there because she has great customer service and teaching her daughter (who has autism) to use the cash register and ring up tickets. I believe that’s a great way to give her daughter better social skills as well as help people in the store with autism awareness. As a mother who has autistic children I have enjoyed the previous events that the new look consignment store has thrown for autistic children. I’ve heard so much about the autism birthday room and I’m excited to see what the Event Coordinator comes up with for events for all children.

This store provides support to the autism/ low income community members. I donate items occasionally to the store and I always see the store give back to the community first. I will be giving my business to them, always!

Was my first time in this store as I was walking in the store they lady that works there was in front of the doors smoking and I had to walk past her cigarette smoke to enter the store, I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and have asthma. And besides she was rude, I almost just left but I made my way into the store which I'm glad I did cause I meet a lady her name was Paulene she greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the store asked me if it was my first time in the store and if I was looking for anything in particular i asked if they had any other clothes except what's outside she kindly took me to the other cothes. Wow! So many clothes and they are just $1.00. When Paulene greeted me with a smile welcoming me to the store she made my first impression of the store when I entered better, she is so sweet, kind and very helpful she helped me find what I was looking for. The clothing area was...

To the whole community.. The pretty girl that worked in the back n Spanish male so kind.. There unfortunately horrible people to work for meaning the owners...The lady behind the register with no teeth is so rude...Had numerous customers stating that they do not use the money for autism..they keep it.they over price there items on purpose.They used that couple as slaves to change up the store..they did nothing..the kids room was cleaned by the sweet couple.clothing floor was done by the couple too.no recognition for the siqns down by the lady always hidden away..don't let them fool you..very dirty..so couple left do to them emotional abuse..and threats they got...
