GW Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Robert

When I say I never leave reviews at places it’s because I NEVER leave reviews at places but I couldn’t help but share this because I was really disappointed in the customer service. Gw was one of my go to pizza place here until tonight. When going to gws my boyfriend is always the one to order so I don’t know if it’s just new employees or what but tonight I called and placed an order for delivery. On the phone the lady was rude and uninterested in taking my order. The pizza didn’t take too long but when they came my boyfriend went to get it and as soon as he came into the room I noticed we were missing a box, he checked to make sure they didn’t just put two sides in one box but nope they didn’t. He called them back and told them we got our two pizza, bread sticks but we were missing our Buffalo chicken calzon and our 2 sides of hot sauce, he repeated himself over and over saying we just got 3 boxes but I guess they called the delivery driver and she said she gave us 4 boxes. They lady on the phone kept telling him no she gave you 4 but we clearly only had 3 boxes right in front of us so I don’t know what the delivery driver did with our other food. Anyways the lady on the phone basically kept saying we were lying and we had all our boxes so they couldn’t help us and then hung up. We definitely won’t be ordering...

Currently visiting and had a craving for a mom and pop pizza place. Went in after reading some reviews and I was not disappointed. I was met at the counter by a very sweet lady who took my order. I ordered a half pepperoni half Buffalo chicken, some jalapeño poppers, and an Oreo cheesecake. I went out to my car to wait and to my surprise Someone brought my order out without me even saying what car I was in. Excellent service!!! The pizza was amazing the Buffalo was so tasty and definitely my favorite. The pizza was so cheesy and and the sauce tasted great! The poppers were delicious too not spicy and the cheese tasted like macaroni and cheese. I saved the cheese cake so I haven’t had a chance to eat. Overall excellent price, pizza, and service. First time I got the pizza it was INCREDIBLE. The woman who answered the phone made the entire process as seamless as possible. Second time (today) I called, and what a head ache (delivery driver was super nice). My problem which would drive me away, is the woman who answered the phone sounded like she barely spoke English. We bounced back and forth through the entire ordering process then she got my phone number wrong after I said it three times so the delivery driver was unable to get a hold of me. When explaining where my order was, the conversation was extremely frustrating. I could barely understand her through her EXTREMELY thick accent, and she was having a hard time understanding me.
