This beach is quite beautiful and quiet. Not many locals frequent this beach, mostly tourists who are staying at the Limetree resort. Although it is a free public beach (that closes after 4pm during the pandemic), you have to walk past a gated entrance. There is only one way on the beach and it is past the gated entrance. We weren't staying at the resort but we stayed in the neighborhood and spent a few days coming to the beach.
The waves here are slightly stronger than some other beaches on St Thomas. I would also say that the ocean floor has a lot of coral which made me a bit uncomfortable and slightly nervous to go in the water since it was hard to see what I was stepping in. Be careful if you do go in the water though because you may hurt yourself on the jutting rocks below. The vegetation and rock faces on either ends of the beach are incredibly beautiful. If you do go, just remember that there are no other amenities besides the resort on the beach so use their services at your own risk because technically you aren't allowed to if you aren't staying there. That means make sure you bring your own water, and food if you plan on staying for a while since there would be nowhere other than at the resort to buy those things. Rocky into the water, and that way at least 20-30 feet off-shore, too. Snorkeling was difficult here, although we did see five types of fish in the 10 minutes when we attempted to snorkel.
