Took an anniversary trip to Salado, Tx for the Scottish Gathering and Highland games. The calling of the clans Friday night was very cool. The games and competitions on Saturday seemed a little disorganized, but still fun to watch. The main thing that hurt my heart was the bagpipe, and drum competitors kept playing while the event organizers played taps since it was Veterans Day.
