For starters, the place is adorable and has great energy. The girl at the counter recommended the chicken panini, and it was a bit pricey, but pretty decent... But I came here for was the coffee. As a coffee snob, I am constantly on the lookout for what could be good coffee and decided to come here based on the reviews as I'm passing through town. I was sorely disappointed. The late milk was very over-steamed. A late by standard is supposed to be pleasantly warm with a paint like texture. Instead, I got the opposite. Extremely hot (literally burned my tongue and can feel it peeling as I type) and the texture extremely thin. The milk molecules were stretched so thin, that it even soured the milk.
Takeaway- Love the building. I'm not saying don't come here, everything else is nice. But if you are a coffee aficionado,...

Most recently, I walked in with my girlfriend only 30m before closing. There is a full bar inside and the bartender asked us if we wanted espresso martinis. SOLD! Conversation was good. Atmosphere was relaxing. I will openly say that it was the springboard for a great night.
It is a little expensive, which tracks for Salado. Come on a Friday for a big social scene. Family friendly otherwise. They have a board game closet, a comfy living room, lovely decor and great food. Of course, my favorite is an iced americano black. Their espresso delivers.

Appears to be a regular gathering place for local moms/ladies, but I wasn't the only road warrior with a laptop getting some work done in a quiet corner. The ladies running the place were friendly and helpful. ...
