I live in Los Angeles and I travel back to the East Coast four times a year. Every time I visit HEAVENZ ONLY for my vapes. The former two times I went, two out of six vapes I purchased did not work right out of the package. Family The last time I went, I purchased eight vapes. Three of them thus far have not worked. Seems the battery is depleted. I am very disappointed as itās not like I can drive there and exchange them or tell them about the lack of quality. It really sucks that I spent the money for no reason. I think Iām going to find another store.
So I heard back from the owner of this store via a response to my original review. They told me to contact them and they would rectify the situation. Well, I did that over two weeks ago and I never heard anything back from them. I actually placed a personal phone call and left a message as requested. No action whatever has been taken. Why offer it if you have no intention of following through. Extremely disappointed with this place.
So I wrote this review and the owner said just call and give me your phone number and address and I will send you the vapes that work. Well turns out I called twice for the owner and they were never there. The owner said they would call me back but they never did. Frankly, I think they just respond to the review so they wouldnāt Show what bad product they have. Again, I purchased so much from them and at least a third of them havenāt worked. Iām talking about the craze vapes. Iām really disappointed because this was the only place I used to go. I will steer people away from here after the owner...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a glass artist, I contacted these guys to see if they would like to carry my products. They bought some items from me, and then marked them up 600%! That's right I said six hundred percent! I sold them some items at 10 dollars, and next time I came in, I saw those items on their shelves for $59.95!! On top of that they haggled over 2-3 dollars! I will not sell to them anymore. Also, almost everything on their shelves is cheap Chinese knockoff imports, which are killing the American glass community! Glass artists need your business, and places like this are ruining the American glass scene as a whole. If you respect art in any way, and are looking for products that will not cause you physical harm, look elsewhere! Cheap Chinese glass is actually made with inferior and toxic materials, which off-gas into your lungs when heated! There is no regulation in China as to what they put into their glass, and as such they dump toxic materials in as a filler or way to dispose of. You are smoking from toxic glass! Don't support Chinese import stores, they are killing American artists and killing their customers at the same time. Don't believe me? Just do some homework and you'll see for yourself!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked into the first and last time at 1 in the afternoon on Monday April 29th.
A very rude bald man with glasses barged past me as I was opening the door. He was too much in a rush to catch the UPS guy to even notice that he almost pushed me out of the way, or to bother to say excuse me.
I rather loudly voiced that saying excuse me would have been nice. I then walked up to the counter and engaged with a much more polite female to inquire about purchasing 3mg tobacco juice. While the female and I were mid transaction, the male comes back in the building and start sarcastically making comments about how sorry he was about getting in my way.
I said yeah I'm all set getting treated like that and walked out. I'm looking at him right now as he is loading up his gray Denali pick up. It is obvious from his demeanor that he is always like this.
I briefly glanced through the glass and they seems to have a pretty average selection, but you would be better going elsewhere and getting...
