We didn't notice many birds, but the kids loved exploring the water features. The bridges are a little worrisome for toddlers as the sides are wide open (see photo). It was a little hard to find the olace because it is right up against office buildings, so I thought maybe we were on private property at first. The foliage is beautiful, and there is plenty of shade. We used one of the picnic tables for lunch. Lots of duck poop on the ground, but it wasn't a problem. Noise from freeway detracts a little, but overall, this little natural area is a breath of fresh air...

It was very birdy. The trails are not maintained or marked and there are a couple of muddy creek crossings. Either flooding or homeless people have brought in lots of garbage (or both) . It was 30% scary but there were a lot of birds :) it might be good to bird with...
