i went to taco bell last night 3/20/24 at 11:40pm and I got helped right away i placed my order at the drive thru and paid everything was fine. checked the bag to make sure everything was correct. and it wasnt I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra cheese sauce and extra sour cream. And im assuming i got a loaded beef nacho that it what shows on my receipt but that isnt what i wanted. So no biggie pull back around and have them fix it and I again said I wanted a nacho bell grande with my extra stuff and I again got the same nasty thing as before. And i wasnt feeling well last night that I wasnt going to waste my time to go thru the line again to have everything else cold. so i get home and just try to eat it and i couldnt it was slob with guacamole and i hate guacamole so i didnt even try to eat it. i got my husband a mexican pizza and a bean burrito and he couldnt even eat his. and what i could eat the meat tasted funky like not right at all. i would like someone to tell me why is it i can only get my food the way i want when i go inside and use the kiosk machine and tell them what i want. And I want the food i should of gotten last night replaced correctly and I want a refund. this isnt the first time this has happened but im sick of wasting money on food i cant eat cuz they cant give me the correct thing i ordered. i look forward to getting your reply on this matter. whats frustrating is i went thru the drive thru 2 times and neither times did i get my correct order. i just cant believe this is the best that taco bell can give people. Read moreI love Taco Bell, do not get me wrong, tonight may have just been a bad night for this location. We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a few things of large nacho fries and a burrito. Got to the window and at first they offered us a free item for waiting, which was greatly appreciated. They then asked us a bit later while still at the window if we were okay with just two orders of nacho fries and two tacos instead of the third order. We had specifically ordered the three for a reason, so we didn’t really want to substitute it out, especially for something that is nowhere near similar to nacho fries. Waited a bit, got our food, and got home to discover that they had buried three very poorly made nacho fries in the bottom of the bag. We ordered large, and all three were halfway full, if that. Pretty sure they divided up the two nacho fries they originally had into three containers in order to get us out of the drive thru. We also didn’t get the first taco we were initially promised, but we at least got the burrito we ordered. Probably going to try a different location for the foreseeable future or just take a break from Taco Bell as a whole for a while. Read moreFirst, we owned a fast-food restaurant for many years. We worked very hard to achieve what THIS Taco Bell has. It is not easy to do. It's harder still to keep it consistent due to employee turnover. The Owners/Managers here, have been successful at achieving a great store, they've also succeeded in keeping employees happy & turnover very low. That's how they keep the level of quality consistent in service & food! This location is the best TACO BELL by a long shot. We actually CHOOSE to drive PAST other Taco Bell restaurants to eat here. It is worth it!
The food is always fresh, hot & item filling has the right amount, spread evenly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, quick & do their job well. Mistakes are extremely rare. If one occurs, it is immediately addressed & resolved without any hassles or negative attitudes.
We have received the same quality & great service at every shift. It's not just a specific crew. Management has trained them all to do a job they can be proud of, every shift & position. The customer in front of them is their focus & priority, until it is complete & correct.
Whether you are a drive-thru or a walk-in customer, you will always find the same great service & food!
