Woodsellers Parkway Furniture — Attraction in Salem

Please read my whole review. It ends positively! The service was mixed but mostly good. Our sales associate was wonderful, we waited for our furniture to be built and delivered only to discover that the color was not what we expected. I called while the delivery guys were still here and the person I talked to acted like I was out of line and the only offer was to refund my money. That may sound good but we had waited 2 months and then we sold our bedroom set the night before delivery anticipating that the furniture was going to be everything we were promised. We accepted delivery and I took a drawer from our bedroom set to the store and Tim was very helpful. He agreed that it didn't match the sample and began the process of replacing our whole bedroom set. Currently, Tim called and said the new set has been built and I stopped in to approve the stain. I'll update when the new bedroom set is delivered. I'm very impressed with Tim's attention to this issue. At this point, I recommend Woodsellers. They have a great selection at reasonable prices and they are standing behind their product. Update, 6-2021. All is great! The furniture arrived and it looks terrific! We ordered our sofa on 4/19/25…they said it would take about 8 weeks to get it. It’s been 14 weeks and still no sofa. We have called numerous times and each time we got a different response but they always say that they would check with the manufacturer and call back the next day. We have Never gotten a call back from them. Yesterday my husband went into the store and they said that it was shipped but they couldn’t track it. My husband then got ahold of the manufacturer and they said we needed a purchase order number for them to track it. Called Woodsellers today to get the purchase order number and they said they couldn’t give us one. But they said it was made but hadn’t been shipped. I am beyond...

The furniture is horribly overpriced. We bought a coffee table for $350 - it looked nice. It does still kind of look nice, but it is clear by the weight of it that it's not made from quality material. The whole thing weighs about 30 lbs - no way this is solid wood. When we picked it up in the first place it had a broken leg - which they didn't notice. I can't say I'm surprised since the wood is of such poor quality. It's not durable - it's not high quality. If this had been a $100 table I think it would make sense. The problem is they sold it for nearly 4x that. I bought a table from furniture row about 5 years ago for $150 that has withstood...
