Give it a try for casual, open dining experience. Child friendly menu options. Don't order the banh mi.

Food: crab puffs, banh mi, and a chicken and rice plate. All served hot. Banh mi was mediocre. On a soft, un-toasted french-ish role, minimal ingredients besides meat, and maybe the least satisfying I've ever had. The grilled chicken was marinated and not very grilled if at all. The flavor was just fine. I'd like to try the pho next time because that's what their name is.

Service: seated quickly attentive to take orders and then I'm pretty sure we were forgotten along with another table. I had to find someone eventually and get a box and the check figured out - after about 20 minutes of being done and waiting.

Atmosphere: open dining area, seemed clean, had puppet shows playing on mute which was of interest to my child and helped when we were done and had to sit for 20 min. Have my toddler a very large open glass of ice water filled to the brim. We made it work. It has a calm music playing on low, and...

It was a slow night but service was slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our pho. We said..🤔 that's not a good sign...hopefully the pho is good. (Which it was!) They gave a lot of meat and the broth tasted good and hot, not pippin hot, but hot enough. Back to the bad service...they were not even busy but don't try to customize your order because they won't remember. You'll have to tell them again what you want when your food gets here. Anyhow that wasn't the worst part, towards the end we decided to order two drinks to go which took a while but we saw that it was already made with a bunch of other drinks so we went up to the counter to pick it up and pay. I looked at the drinks and said "oh, I think that's our drinks". In which the rude waiter replied, "if you didn't want to wait then you should have ordered it when you ordered your food". Seriously? 🤷 how about, "thank you for waiting but here's your drinks". I wish we didn't tip but my husband was too generous.🙄 definitely not...

My wife and I order here about 2 time a week and my wife orders the grilled pork and always asks for the white rice to be substituted for vegetable fried rice and we have had no problems up until the last couple of orders, where they give us a completely wrong dish, then when I come to explain to them that they messed up and gave us the wrong item they now tell us that they are not allowed to substitute rice...... and on top of that they make us pay for the replacement dish which I don't understand one bit, I feel as though they are only worried about making money instead of being in the business of hospitality, we are also being told that we are wrong and the guy laughed at my wife when speaking to him which was extremely rude and that we are not allowed to substitute when we have many many times.
