Miss Mary's Historical Museum — Attraction in Salina

Miss Mary's Historical Museum is the coolest and fascinating museum I have ever gone to!! They display the most amazing relics from days very long past!! I volunteered as a docent for a summer, I had time to actually go through the museum and see everything in it!! I actually donated a lot of the items in there from when my grandparents passed away, a lot of the items were well over 100 years old!! The museum has the most awesome displays of the days long past and the people that volunteer there are so friendly and willing to give the knowledge of everything in there you could ask a question about!! Anyone that is in this area camping, fishing, hunting or just on a great vacation should stop in town here and go through the museum, it is the size of a small pioneer home, but holds tons of items to do with the pioneers that settled this area!! Great place to take your kids to learn about the pioneers that came to and settled the great state of Utah - especially in this area which is located in Central Utah - not far from all the fun in Moab, Cedar City, St. George, Big Rock Candy Mountain, Zions National Park - and many other great...

Just walked around and checked out the grounds and around the building. No one was there but there was a phone number posted to call if we wanted a tour, but we had just stopped at a spur of the moment and didn't plan it a head of time. Beautiful grounds and flower garden, lovely...
