Pro Nails — Attraction in Salisbury

These toes look like they need a pedicure; in fact I just left Pro Nails. From out of town so no prior experience but I would not recommend.

I called in advance for a manicure & pedicure and was told they had time. Little did I know that meant they were going to rush. The technician - and I'm sorry I did not get her name to warn others - cut me twice during the pedicure, was rude when I declined gel polish ("you're going to ruin the nails if you don't get gel as soon as you wear your shoes" "everybody gets gel these days" and on & on ...).

I paid extra for the "hot towels" which consisted of drying my wet feet when I removed them from the basin with a warm towel - not wrapped, not even draped over my legs for a few minutes.

After my 15 hour work day, I was looking forward to relaxing a bit, and this was anything but .. rushed, sloppy, painful, stressful, incomplete... I can't think of any other adjectives. My original plan was to treat myself to a pedicure and a manicure. I declined the manicure after the very disappointing pedicure service.

I didn't even leave a tip - intentionally - something I never do in these pandemic days, I am generally generous. I figured I'd redirect the tip money to someone who will fix this mess. There was truly nothing about this service that was tip-worthy.

If there are others at this establishment who rate highly, my apologies for this review. Get rid of the incompetent one(s) because no one should spend their hard earned money on this...

I have been getting my nails done with Tina for a few years now & still continues to surprise me! They are, without a doubt, the best in this area. They have plenty of colors and designs to choose from and they have many different options for both manicures and pedicures. The shop is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. They have an incredible attention to detail and my manicures are always flawless. Each of the staff members provide you with the same excellent service, One of the things I love about the salon is that they give you a real massage when you get your pedicure done Not many shops do this anymore. Over the years, I have had my nails done at other salons because of how far we live and I am always reminded as to why I would rather take my 30 min drive to go to Pro nails because They always always will do a great job especially Tina she makes our day even better 💅🏻Nobody else comes close to doing as good of a job ! Because this is not the first time I have left unsatisfied I am writing a review! I spent $90 which was supposed to be a fill in but the work I had done previous from someone in the same shop . The nail tech decided he would take all my nails off. I asked for simple French tip duck nail shape! I couldn’t see my cuticles , nails were so bulky and also the polish! The next day I spent $57 getting my nails fixed at a whole different shop. The prices do not match the quality of work I am sorry. I can say the customer service and how they treat their customers is immaculate! Please just try to do better nail work! This would be a 5 start establishment !
