Carriage — Attraction in San Angelo

The service at the Carriage is the best. I recently purchased a pair of Birks online from the Carriage website and needed them in two days as a gift. I was told it would take 10 days to 2 weeks for my order to arrive. The next morning I had received an email from Christina at the Carriage that she had the size I needed in stock. I was able to purchase them online and pick them up that same day. Christina went above and beyond to check her inventory and make me one happy customer. HORRIBLE service. The employees there make you feel like you are Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" when she walks into the store on Rodeo Drive! I thought, "hm, maybe this girl is just having a bad day" so I try a second time going into the store, but was given the same poor service. And to be honest, you can buy Birkenstocks A LOT cheaper online!!! Racist or Rude, maybe both. Lady followed us around every step we took. Still shopped anyway & bought a beautiful purse. I figured maybe it was just a bad day.
