This guy was awesome. He saved me tons of money by recommending me not to repair the laptop I had taken to him. "Simply not worth it." Anyone else could of just said, "Hey, why not? I spent 10yrs in Tech in DFW from 1997 to 2007, i have installed DOS & Windows 95 + Win 2K installations of restaurant server software and retail front end SKU/UPC based scanner systems and back-end Accounting systems, i went into Computer Bytes and while there i purchased a notebook PC that was $250, turns out when i got the PC home it was 10yrs old, with an outdated processor released in April 2010 and had an upgraded version of Windows 7. We've used these computer experts for years. Friendly, efficient, reliable. Absolutely no "tech bro" attitude. We've dropped off computers and laptops for repair, maintenance, and upgrades, and also had their at-home services when we've had device-related connection problems with modems and routers and other sneaky issues.
