If I could give this location negative stars, I most definitely would. Ordered 9pc wings and I had to wait not too long, received the food and the only thing that was hot were the fries and the roll the wings were lamp warm. Asked for fresh chicked Olivia (drive-thru) went & told her colleague (guess it had to get approved first), came back and said it would be 10 mins. Me, that’s fine no problem. She went back and told Paris & they started laughing. So I decided to go wait in the inside. Whit waiting Sarah comes and looks at the salads (assuming for inventory). She had on gloves and she rubbed her ponytail, I watched her go back to her station to finish prepping the salads and NOT change the gloves. I stood up and spoke on it. Sarah started laughing as if I was wrong. The “manager” Paris finally decided to tell her to change her gloves. Like I told him, if employees do this when customers are here what do you all do when we’re not around. Informed him that if I worked in the food industry a lot of restaurants in this town would be closed down! Not only their customer service is beyond horrible, the food is below average. Still waiting for my chicken I’m complaining about the service and “Paris” says oh I can kick you out, I say okay give me a refund. He goes to get my refund and throws my money on the counter, I told him to count it back if he’s returning money to a customer you should always count it back. He says, I can can count 10,11, .75 and some more change. That is not counting, and I asked again of you know how to count, count it back. He repeats himself (obviously he can’t count)! I’m still complaining and he says, I’ll call the cops, me okay and. I asked for the manager which he said quit, and informed him there is someone over the store. He says Terri (Terry) is the manager and it’s his cousin. Oh, so that’s why you talk to customers the way you do because you think you’re untouchable and you can’t get fired. Keep speaking to customers like that, calling me a brat lmao never called them names. But words do not hurt, I just agreed with him. Calling me a brat because customer service sucks, you as a “manager” suck, employee got caught not changing gloves, so you’re mad.
I left and called the other location spoke to Robert, he will be speaking to his boss and giving me a call back. If I hear nothing back by the time I leave on Thurs, I will be using my corporate connections and getting in contact with Golden...
Read moreWe ordered a meal for 2 called the Chicken Roast from the drive-thru and after we got our food and checked, the contents were so little that it seemed like it was a kids meal. We came to dine in twice before and it was all good with quantity but today, we got 3 of the smallest parts of chicken I've ever seen that it was pitiful to even see. We even asked for 1 to have a side of fries and it only seemed like there was barely a handful to eat. The salad we also requested came in a small square box that was definetly only for 1 person if they were under the age of 10. We did complain at least for the fries and got a bit more but the worker seemed like she threw it in without a care, not sure about it but just sonething to point out. Of course, I didn't expect much from a place with 3 workers at night at 8 PM but to serve this little food for 2 people is astonishingly awful and pitiful to behold. I enjoyed my last 2 dine-in visits but this has officially changed my opinion on that location to never visit again.

The young lady at the drive-through told me that she was not able to fill that order because she only had five tenders for the rest of the night. And then asked her what time they closed and she said 10 PM. So I asked her if she could possibly make my order. She said that it would be a waste of batter because they were about to close in 30 minutes.
