Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in San Angelo

This location is the worst in town. They have never gotten a food order correct. They also struggle with drinks. Changing the syrup has shown to be a struggle for this location. When paying almost $6 for a drink you shouldn't have to immediately toss it in the trash. I ordered a large blood orange red bull recharger and while it's supposed to be a darker orange it came out a very light pink. This is pretty obvious even through the lid that it was wrong. I was in a big hurry and the wait for this drink was already longer than expected so I took for granted that surely they couldn't get this simple order wrong and put it in the cup holder and took off. After getting down the road I looked and even gave it a taste only to find out I got screwed again from this particular location. Of course they will always offer a replacement but that doesn't help when you don't have time to turn around and go back to a place that just isn't managed good given the mess ups are way more frequent than getting things...

Something was wrong with my cards strip and It wouldn't let us swipe to pay. I asked her to wait and hold our food for us, we are gonna drive across the street to the ATM and bring the cash right back. only took us a total of 4 minutes and we were back and pushing the button. I watched as the carhop leaned down empty handed and popped back up with 3 bags in their hands and then sat them down on a tray and did 4 orders before she brought ours out, I felt like they were punishing me for making them wait 4 minutes for me to pay while they held my food. And also wonder where they pulled my food bags up from considering there shouldn't be a table on the ground behind the window...I Honestly THINK she threw it away and took it out of the trash to give to us. And when she finally brought the possibly trashed and picked out food, it was cold anyways so I threw it away. That was over $32.00 So disappointing considering they were my favorite...

I used to be a frequent diner at this Sonic but due to a job change it ended up being out of my way. I went back recently and ordered a burger and a breakfast burrito. The burger was so small and barren it looked like it belonged in a kid's meal. It was a massive disappointment in flavor and size and looked nothing like the advertisement. The burrito was about as big as my thumb and the tortilla was really dried out. I paid almost as much for these underwhelming meals as I would have for a sit-down meal in a nicer restaurant. The drink was so watered down you could hardly tell what it was. Lastly, it felt like I was at a hooter's restaurant. All but one of the female carhops were wearing immodestly short shorts. One of the carhop's shorts was so short her backside was hanging out of the bottom. The one positive is that my disappointing meal came out quickly. I will not be...
