Iphone-Cell Phone & PC Repair San Angelo Mall — Attraction in San Angelo

I would leave no stars for this place if I could. Go here if you want to be robbed, and be treated with poor customer service. I cracked my iPhone screen and had it repaired here. To the tune of almost $300. they guaranteed their work for 30 days.. or so they say and put on their receipts. I had to take my phone back the day after they repaired it due to the screen not working and the phone was over heating. They fixed it no issue. After that the screen was very touchy and worked but not properly. Still overheating and a black spot showed up at the top, with a green streak. I do not live in San Angelo. I did call the shop no answer. When I was back in town, 10 days from the original fix. The shop would not fix it. The man there said I dropped it. I told him I did not. Clearly there are no cracks on the screen, just the mark. As you can see in the photo there are no cracks or breaks in the screen as if it had been dropped. Which I pointed out. He was very rude and stated he "found it hard to believe that I was the only one of their customers with an issue".. so I guess I am a liar. I asked to speak to his manager. He stated he was the manager, and he would fix it for another $150 dollars. I reminded him of their 30 day guarantee, written on the receipt. He refused to honor it. He was very rude and condescending. I do not normally leave bad reviews, but as said I do not live in San Angelo and rely on reviews when looking for services. I would like to save some other person from wasting their money. I have since taken my phone into my cellphone carriers to order a new one. They told me the mark on my screen is a burn from improper placement of the new screen. Very disappointed and upset at throwing $300 dollars away at this business. To leave a review I had to leave 1 star at least and I don’t even want to leave one. Very disappointed in this place of business! Went in because I couldn’t hear to well when I received a call. They charge quite a bit just to clean a simple earpiece. Whilch finding out it cost way less at this other place. Then I mentioned to him that on the keyboard the letter t was having trouble to push down or type.The only letter on the whole screen having a issue. He said he would do a software reset to see if that would fix the problem. Of course I said yes but here comes the part he omitted. When I received my phone he said the whole screen needed to be replaced. Well when I took it the screen worked fine. Now I couldn’t open my messages I couldn’t swipe to answer calls. I was angry and told him the phone wasn’t like this before I left it to him. He said that doing the software update made it worst instead of fixing the issue with the t. Then told me I needed to pay $299 to fix the screen. Excuse me no because it was not like this before I left it. He then told me I wasn’t educated on phones repair and that’s what happens when you do a software update. I never heard of that! I will never go to this place again! They rip people off of hard earn money to make a quick buck! I found another reliable place and they explain the process and what possibly they could have done to damage my screen to get me to replace it. I paid wayyy less than what this so call business was asking for. Very bad business ethic!!!! Do not recommend!!! Save your money and get it done at the other place way cheaper and longer...

This place is quite professional and considerate for providing you with a new-to-you phone.

I came in with a busted-up iPhone8 I had for years and came to see if they would be able to fix it. They tried to get the screen to work, which at the time, was the main issue, and told me it was no good. There would have been a greater cost to try restoring it, rather upgrading to a newer phone.

A few days later, I come by and see if I can switch to a newer version of an iPhone, an iPhone X Pro Max, with the same GigaBytes my old one was with. The manager there was quite informative and told me that he would rather pair me with a phone at a lower cost than a much newer phone for a pricer value.

Amazing. How thoughtful of these employees to consider that for me.

I got everything, that was able to be transferred over from my busted old phone, to my newer one with the SIM card carried over.

I highly praise and recommend this place for repair on any devices to be repaired here. Definitely coming here...
