7600 Broadway — Attraction in San Antonio

This place has completely gone downhill. They sold the dream for the first 76ers to pay an insane amount of rent and concierge fee just to take away little by little all of the extra benefits that made the rent price make sense. There are frequent breakdowns and several amenities have remained inoperative or unreliable for extended periods. Team leads will enforce rules and threats at any given time on residents but will not take accountability for their lack and ability to follow through on their own job responsibilities. This is a beautiful building for San Antonio and unfortunately there are not many choices for residents that live in this city to choose from when it comes to luxury living. 7600 Broadway is fabulous. Great team. Miera was so very helpful working with us during the leasing process. Taking videos to show us apartments virtually, she truly went the extra steps to ensure our needs were addressed. Once here she and the leasing team helped make our move-in seamless and easy. The concierge team is the best; Dan, Justin, Isaac, and Arnold are all so helpful, informative, courteous and professional. Emma leads the crew that works so hard to ensure the common areas (such as the fitness center) are always so clean and looking like new. Luis and Ernan have been wonderful providing some efficient and timely maintenance support, performed with a smile and positive attitudes.
