Anytime Fitness — Attraction in San Antonio

DON'T DO IT!! I initially was excited about the gym, it was smaller than other AF and felt it was more private. I only ended up makin it in twice and could never find time. Anyhow, I started to notice instead of payin $40 I was gettin charged $80 because of late fees and was denied having the Daye changed to coincide with my pay days. I requested a cancelation and was told I could not cancel the membership because I had time left on my contract and if I wouldn't cancel, I would get a credit for the late fees. I stressed I don't use the membership and would just like to cancel and he said give it another chance. I stated my intentions to cancel as soon as my contract was up. I continued to be overcharged so I called again to cancel. To this day they still never cancelled and continued to keep charging me with added fees since the rep still would not change my pay date. Here we are over a year later... still tryna cancel and the reps still are trying to hold me hostage. I've called and emailed. Luckily I was able to call my bank and restrict them from pulling out payments, but ABc financial calls from different numbers all throughout the day all day while Im at work. So I'm sure to block each one of them. I have never seen a company hold people hostage this way. PLANET fitness is wayyyyy cheaper, cleaner, newer, and has more perks. To the people and the owner.. I was playing my own music in the phone not even loud and the owner came to me without any attitude told me to turn off my music and he keep arguing with me . The gym was also empty only 4 customers and nobody was mad or ask you to tell me that

Btw and as I told you it's because your music is boring ...nobody go to the gym and listen to Lionel Richie or slow music people can go other places library or coffee shops to relax. And you told me you own the gym, true...but ( you not own people) Cynthia and Robert is nice guys but the owner not professional

Stay away from this gym gladly I didn't pay anything was on my free trial you should thank customers because they coming to your place everything almost broke and not working properly . Hope you change your attitude and your slow music.

By the way I added the picture after you replied Mr owner. Check that you didn't remove me lol , I didn't like to continue as long you are the owner.. look to the time and date I subscribed in the free 7 days, let's say I was wrong and rated you 0 star what about all those customers who rate you 1 ⭐are they wrong and you the only true right one .

Please stop and see what is wrong and fix it if it attitude change it ... If it training machine hope you can...

This was a really nice gym before the new owners took over. The gym was always clean, now it's always filthy. Used to have 2 recumbent bikes, now none. (except for one of the old ones that is pushed against a wall to catch dust because the new owners are too ignorant to know how to reset the computer) The Nautilus machines were set up in a nice orderly circuit, now some idiot has them pushed up into bunches that have no logical order except to block all traffic flow and catch extra dust and trash.

UPDATE: It's now over 2 months later and they have not replaced any recumbent bikes. 2 months and all you will ever get out of these clowns are lies about all of the great improvements they are making. Nothing has been improved, it's still filthy and no new equipment that was promised.

The owners of this location also have the location on Tezel Rd. Their suggestion is to drive 8-10 miles to the Tezel location if you want to use the recumbent bike. Real quality management, it shows how much they value...
