I steered my wife over to this restaurant as a likely take-out location along her return route down Babcock. She swears we had lunch here during Covid, that I did not. remember, and that it was a middling experience. With a couple of $10.99 dinners in the bag we sat down to open styros of fried rice (surprisingly with chunks of chicken) overflowing the container like an overfilled popcorn popper spolling out it's contents and generous portions of Mongolian Beef and Beef / Broccoli. Even more of the entree was hidden under the rice! The double wonton soup for two was a steaming bowl with 4 fat, tasty "Chinese dumplings". Good flavor to the egg rolls, but the spring rolls seemed like just a smaller version of the egg roll rather than the crispy, translucent wraps we were expecting . . . still good. Maxing out on the take out bounty, this was a large enough meal that would lend itself to culinary mitosis. Easily enough for a future meal. Very much redeemed from any previous perceptions, Regents will again definitely have its doorstep darkened by our footsteps.

This is their definition of "chow mein". When I called up to ask why I got double orders, they told me the friend "noodles" on top were the chow mein I had intended to eat for dinner tonight and that next time I should have called in to double check what their definition of "noodles" was compared to the rest of the world. Food was average. Nothing special. Spend the extra 5 bucks and go to kings bowl next time across the street. Their chief at least knows what a noodles is. First pic: my order Second pic: what chow mein actually is Third pic: the disappointment of dinner i recieved.

There are so many things disappointing about this place. It’s 25 degrees outside and there’s no heater or anything inside, so that alone was so unpleasant. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was DISGUSTING and had some type of white chunky substance (as pictured) - the staff was very odd and all of the rice on our plates was cold. The meat in the wonton soup tasted very old. The fridges in the facility by the bathrooms looked very dirty inside where there was food and produce kept.

I ordered the salty shrimp with fried rice for delivery on Sunday. The minimum amount for delivery is $12 and so far that was $10. So I said ok I'll take an order of crab rangoons as well. She said the total plus the delivery fee was $16.47. I said ok thank you. Now why when the delivery guy gets here he has $2 added to the total price which was now $18.47. I said why did you add money to the total because the lady told me the total over the phone? He said the delivery fee wasn't added. I said you know what ok. Long story short he took it upon himself to add an extra $2. I dont have a problem tipping because I was going to tip him anyways just not on the card. I was going to give him cash. The moment you feel like you have to scam me to get more money I have a problem. I dont care if it was 2 cents. I dont have to tip you. You're not giving me food for free. Im paying you for it. And the food was literally ok. The shrimp was good. The fried rice wasnt fried rice and the crab rangoon were cheese and carrot rangoon. Not a single piece of crab was in it. I will never order here again and wyour delivery guy needs his butt whipped because he's a liar...

Only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give none! I ordered for delivery at 7pm online, got confirmation in my email and waited for AN HOUR! I decided to call to check the status and to see if anyone was even on their way...if I hadn’t called I would’ve NEVER gotten my food! When I call a lady answers and doesn’t understand a word I’m saying apparently because she had to get someone else on the phone. The 2nd person (some guy) fails to help as well so gets another person (another guy) on the phone and proceeds to tell me “oh we don’t deliver that far”. What?! So no one out of the whole restaurant thinks to call?! They have my dang cell #! He even goes as far as telling me “ma’am we can’t get you free food but can you wait another 15 min and I’ll talk to the owner to get someone out there?” I never asked for free food! I just want to know why no one thought to call to make us aware! And sure what’s another 15 min I’ve been waiting for an hour already! Ugh. So upset and DO...
