Beacon House — Attraction in San Antonio

My family has used the Beacon House Main Gallery on two different occasions. After the passing of a beloved family member, we chose to do a Celebration of Life to honor her. We needed a space that would comfortably fit our large family, allow relaxed, spaced-out, seating for a meal, and an area to set out mementos significant to our loved one. The Main Gallery provided ample space for family and friends to walk around and visit with each other and enough seating for the meal portion of the event. The kitchen had everything we needed and was tucked away perfectly from the seating area. The long hallway allowed for a buffet-style meal. With several clean, well-stocked bathrooms located in easily accessible locations, open space, beautiful natural light, and ample parking, this event space included everything we needed. The location was central to our family and friends coming from multiple areas of town. We enjoyed using The Beacon House so much, we chose to rent it a second time for our family Christmas party a few months later. I had such a great experience with the Beacon House in San Antonio! The venue itself is super versatile and so easy to decorate — it already has such a nice look that you don’t have to go overboard with decorations for it to feel special. The flow of the room was also perfect, making it really easy for guests to mingle and enjoy themselves.

The booking and payment process was very smooth, and communication through email was clear and easy. The only thing I would suggest is maybe providing a phone number for guests to use in case of emergencies or last-minute questions.

What really stood out to me was how accommodating the space was when it came to tables and seating. Having banquet tables, chairs, and even cocktail tables already included in the price was such a great value compared to other venues I checked out. It saved a lot of stress and extra costs.

The Beacon House served as the PERFECT venue for our baby shower! Not only did Annie supply round tables, chairs, and cocktail tables, there was also an incredible projector/music set up as well. We used every inch of the space and the kitchen saved us when we needed to store cold foods! The flexibility of being able to move the furniture around allowed us to make the space work for our vision. I was also a huge fan of the fact that there were 3 separate bathrooms out guests could use throughout the party. The natural lighting made for perfect photos as well. The event coordinator at our event, Jaye, was such a gem as well. She helped us when we had any questions and made sure we felt at home.
