This is a large natural park with playground equipment, 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, a small/kids baseball field and picnic tables with bbqs. It's a good playground for a variety of ages and there's tons of room for kids to run. Note that there's not many paved areas so accessibility is somewhat limited (only the courts, playground, and one picnic table are wheelchair accessible), and it wouldn't be good for Stroller walks. But if you're looking for open spaces and nature play, it's really nice. If you go in the morning, and venture towards the back, you'll also likely see some white tailed deer.

Great park with wide open spaces and plenty of tree coverage. It has a couple of basketball courts and a nice modern play ground for small kids and a slightly larger playground for kids 5-12. There is a baseball field as well. It has a very small parking lot, but you can also park on the street. There are no real bathrooms, only two port-o-potties, one of which has a door that does not lock. There are no dirt or paved walking trails here, so you'll just have to "off road" it.

Love this park. Nice trail wide enough for a jogging stroller. The short loop gives the option to go multiple times or move onto something else. Great infant swing (see photo) and big and small kid playscapes. 3-4 slides, monkey bars, several climbing options. Manageable, friendly crowd on Saturdays. I’ve visited both mid-morning and late afternoon.

Up until some idiots started fighting over a basketball game. One minute kids are playing and everything is nice...the next minute the kids are staring at two "grown men" acting like undisciplined animals. I shouted, "act right cause there were children around"...of course these ppl don't listen...At some point someone called the cops.

Days later the same idiots mistook me for the person who called the cops and started talking trash...I'm assuming to start another fight but with me.

It wasn't me who called the cops but can't say I wasn't tempted to tell out..."ok google, call the popo, cause these idiots are fighting".

This park is nice...but the ppl there...

My kids love this park. We've been coming here for years. The recent redo was excellently done! They have two brand new playgrounds and swings with a rubber floor. I'm so glad they got rid of the old metal playsets and slides. Those are not a great fit for this South Texas heat! The park also has two basketball courts, tennis ball courts, baseball triangle and a huge field they use for frisbees, soccer, football, etc. Only downside is the restroom situation. They have two...
