Ironically I left the store today w an unresolved issue, but the only reason I even HAVE an issue is that I didn't pick up my curbside order in a timely fashion. My money has not been refunded & I didn't get my games, but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that my refund is pending. Tbh my bank is kind of the worst, lol..
Anywho, to whomever it may concern, I just wanted to make mention of the young lady who assisted me in store today, & I'm kicking myself for not asking for her name. She mentioned to another guest that she had transferred from the Austin Hwy location recently. She must have been the most polite, professional, pleasant, personable, problem-solving individual I've had the good fortune to cross paths w in the retail and/or service industry. She was just lovely all around & I'd love to recommend her for a raise &/or promotion :) Her demeanor & the effect it had on me is certainly the only reason I'm walking away from this experience leaving all 5 stars, & taking the time to type all this out on my horrible phone w my fat clumsy thumbsies.

I contacted the store that I had got the merchandise from and they told me to contact customer service . I then called customer service and they told me to talk to a manager at the store that I had purchase the digital currency from . I went back to the store and finally caught a manager after a week of trying. They never pick up the phone at all. Even thought I told the manager, that I was printed the wrong digital currency , and just want to right product, not a refund , I was told that I was out of luck . So therefore i got absolutely nothing and they got my money . Please shut GameStop down . I completely see why nobody goes here anymore. I had a simple question, I thought maybe thereās an event at the store today? I called another location, got my answer but had to go to that store since the transaction made was at the nachodoches location in San Antonio. I drive there to attempt to take care of it before itās too late. Behold now no one is there, this is not the first time I just so happen to take pictures twice! But itās happened far more than that!
