Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

I ordered two simple pizzas, One Pepperoni one sausage thru the drive thru. Was told it would take anywhere from 20 to 25 minutes..... No Pizzas Ready?? Ok ok. It's Halloween I told to myself... So I parked and Waited,Waited, Waited, Some young guy came out with two pizzas, I asked if it was One Pepperoni one Sausage, He replied Yes Sir, But Not Yours,,Ok, Ok,, Dude at the window wrote down my Car as a Black Nissan Altima Yup My Car.... ok.. another 20 minutes went by,, Another guy dressed like Spider-Man came and ask me what I was Waiting for? So I replied and Also mentioned the guy that had already came out with two pizzas but said they weren't my order..Ok. Ok...He came back outside, apologized and said they making me two fresh pizzas...Ok ok, ok.. Another 15 minutes went by...Nothing, So I go inside show the Lady at the Register my Receipt, She goes to the back looking for two pizzas, asking everyone about my two pizzas, anothe guy came out looking for my two pizzas,, There were Pepperoni and Sausage pizzas all over the place...Anyway I ask for the Guy with the Spider-Man Costume,,He happens to be THE MANAGER...So I wanted to speak to him...Young Register Lady got Mad and said He's on the Phone...ok ok I wait..Some other guy came with was Supposed to be My Two FRESH Pizza,,Young lady Tell him...Oh No Don't give them to Him,,He Wants To speak with the Msnager.....Young Lady I already paid for these Pizzas what is your problem?? I do door dash and every single time I come here to pick up an order, there is some type of issue. Either they make make the order wrong, or just plain take forever. But last night was the icing on the cake. I received a 20 DOLLAR order to go to little Caesar’s and Panda Express. I go to little Caesar’s first and I’m waiting for my order to appear in the lock box. I’m the only one with the code to this lock box for this order. A WHOLE 30 minutes passes and my order never comes up so I go an ask about it. They inform that they’ve already given that order out. I asked them how that was possible if I’m the only dasher with the code to confirm it. The managers response was “idk we don’t baby sit them… that’s not on us….” But IT IS ON THEM bc they shouldn’t even be HANDING THAT ORDER OUT! So if I’m the only one with the code… how did someone else get it? It IS THERE JOB to be confirming orders are going to the right dashers. Anyways…. they refused to make me another order. To which I then had to notify the customer that little Caesar’s has handed their order off to someone else and is refusing to make another one. So door dash had to cancel their order and I lost out on a 20 dollar order. I was ultimately sitting at little ceasars for 45 minutes!!!! Handling this. The big tall guy in the back is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever met in customer service. He has ALWAYS been rude to even other customers I’ve seen while I’m in there. This location is completely disrespectful...

This is our usual location to get pizza for the family. it's close to home. Never again. I'll drive much further if I have to or pay way more to have something far better. We went to get TWO pizzas last night (06/06/25) as a late dinner...it TOOK almost 40 minutes to get our pizzas. During the process, the counter guy told me that the "cook" messed up on one of the pizzas, so he was re doing it... finally done. Head home, order was STILL WRONG. I called, and they asked me to take the order back so they could RE RE DO the order again. And they gave me a free 2 liter soda for the inconvenience. I dont ask for free stuff, but this time, they should have given me my money back AND give us the pizza. That's ridiculous. How do you mess up twice on a pizza? And I never knew a workplace to allow employees who are, i guess, not scheduled to work....walk right in to the back kitchen and just start working...regular clothes and all. Maybe no hand wash. Didn't know that was allowed. It was a female by the way. And the "cook" was in regular clothes too. One of our previous visits some time ago, while standing there waiting for our order...I see two employees, young boy and girl making out in the back of the kitchen. Clear as day, I could see them. The boy was a young "marbach" as we call them. Really skinny. With some young, skinny hispanic girl. Both employees, of course. Maybe some better hiring would boost this place back up to...
