Very unpleasant! The Management needs retraining on the Core Values that are expected from HEB company and partners. One manager specifically was very rude as well as trying to belittle me as well as one of her own employee. As i moved from one lane after waiting nearly 15 mins in line i heard someone yelling without notice i continued on to the next lane over. I then heard the lady yell "Hello i know you hear me, get your stuff and go back to the line you were in." As i turned to see who she was yelling at, i realized she was yelling at me. I didnt get why she was yelling if the light to the lane was clearly on, so i said "excuse me?" And she said " That line isnt open HELLO!" Before i moved i asked one of the partners who was getting ready to mop the floor near the area if the line was open he said YES. When i stated that to the manager she said to the young man "oh really?" While nodding her head up and down with an upset look on her face. I stayed in line and i did not move and the whole time she continued to make remarks about the situation but i ignored her. I understand she may have had a long day but guess what so has everyone else in the store. Only difference is that your job is to provide the best customer experience for us and instead you singled me out and attacked me. I didnt get her name because as i asked her she walked away but she was short husky African American woman and she was the person that stands by the checkout lanes redirecting customer for a...
Read moreVery sad to report the horrendous customer service my wife & I have received as of late. Especially from the pharmacy dept! First incident, we went to pick up my meds, there were four total, I only received two, I asked what happened, I got a smug & condescending response. Shocked, I looked at my wife like, did that just happen? We had a long day & just wanted to end the day already. But, I did tell them on the survey about my displeasure. Second incident, my wife called to check if meds were ready since we hadn't gotten the usual notifications. Again, my wife was greeted with rude and unwelcoming attitude. I heard this since the phone was linked to the radio. My wife was upset at how she was treated over the phone. Again, I reported this issue on the survey! Third incident! The pharmacist lied to my wife, by giving a wrong number to complain! The staff made excuses claiming he has bad writing, lets not hope he isn't writing anything important! The staff told her they'll tell customers the don't have have the meds to avoid them from coming in to overwork them because of staff shortages! INSANE!!
HEB, I have complained on 3 surveys and no one has called me. I think this falls on store management! I look at the "new"partners talking on their cells while checking out customers at the register making us wait until they answer their texts. Other partners with sagging pants with dirty underwear...
Read moreI am a Caregiver to my parents and I wish I would have posted my review sooner. I hadn't, mainly, because I've been waiting for H-E-B Pharmacy to improve their service. It's been at least six to eight months and I am still experiencing bad service. While I stand in line, you can see and hear how everyone in line is so frustrated about waiting, which is normally 30 to 40 minutes. The frustration is also reflected on the pharmacy staff who appear impatient and short with the clients. I spoke to a pharmacist about six months ago at which time he and I could not communicate my needs and he basically just cut me off and said if you don't think we are serving your needs, why don't you transfer to another Pharmacy. I told him that the reason I wouldn't was because this is the closest pharmacy for my parents who can't drive very far. However yesterday I was finally done and I transferred all of my mother's prescriptions to Walmart on Bandera. Anything else has to be better than what HEB is offering to us in the Westside of San Antonio. I'm not an analyst but In my opinion, your pharmacy is too small to service the population in this area. Send one of your reps to come stand in line and observe the comments and frustration of people in need of their meds. I wish more people in this area would express their frustration and maybe then HEB will work at...
