La Michoacana Meat Market — Attraction in San Antonio

Staff is slow compared to other one I been to and when ordering food they never can make something I been to other ones if they need to get a ham or cheese they ask the carniceria. Butt his one here they make it if they feel like it. So do the Michoacán’s a have different rules for each kitchen ?

Update on 08/26/2024 I went to purchase some meat when I got here they weight that they use to weight the meat was infested of roaches 🪳 I bought my concern with the staff they did not...

This michoacana is the most cleanest michoacana meat market I’ve been to in SA . The kitchen/restaurant are is always so clean. This is the only place where I buy champurrado. I do recommend. They have lots of Mexican/hispanics...
