Do better Nike Quarry. I understand that at times, you put out unused return items to sell on the floor. But if a shoe is obviously used and returned, don't sell as new. Went in today and saw a AAM Jordan 3 priced at retail $225 in my size. Looking closer at the sole, I could tell it was not new, the shoe had some heal drag and some of the stars were worn out. When I asked the employee if he could see if it could be discounted, he said he would talk to the manager. He also agreed that it was worn. After some discussion with the manager he came back and said she would do 5% because it was new and that it was due to being tried on in store. It wasn't, in fact, he had the other shoe and that one too had the same wear. I've bought refurbished shoes at this store better than what they tried to sell here at retail. See the photos for yourself and decide....

I made an order online and needed to return one of the items, it just didn’t fit right. The Nike app indicated this location was one that allowed such returns. I stood in the normal line for a very short time (they have a counter that’s specifically indicated client services and returns but it wasn’t open). Jonathan assisted me was courteous, prompt and made the entire transaction simple.

If I got greated on the way in or spoken to while I was in there I would've given them 5 stars. I'm 6'7 I'm not hard to miss. And I had on bright orange. But I wasn't assisted or greeted, not cool Nike, but it was busy get ya money.

The first time I walked into the store, I received amazing service. I did a return, and the cashier ordered me a new pair of shoes through the website. She emailed me the receipt. I went home and checked the order on the app, but there was no order. The next day, I went back to the store to clarify the transaction. Two employees helped me at first and then looked for the manager, Evan. He listened to my story, checked my receipts and all the proof I had of the transaction. Then he told me that the shoes I wanted were out of stock; that's why the order wasn't processed.

I asked him if he could give me a credit so I could choose another pair of tennis shoes online. He agreed to do it, without checking the security cameras. While he was explaining, I saw the employee who helped me the day before and told him that she was the one who did the transaction. He ignored me and continued saying that he wasn't going to check the cameras to make sure I didn't take any shoes with me. I had to say something because it was a joke. Instead of excusing his employee for the mistake, he implied that I was lying about the situation that happened the day before.

I was very clear and told him to call the employee; she could clarify. Once again, he ignored me and continued with the credit. At least he was giving me the money back, but then he said that he couldn't give me a credit to my card; it needed to go to a gift card. I agreed because I was going to buy a new pair anyway. Then, he repeated about checking the security cameras, and that was enough. I told him to go ahead and check the cameras if he needed to for his own sake. He said that was the policy for his employees' training purposes, but he didn't have time to do it.

So, I let him know that it was rude of him. If he didn't trust me, he could go and check the videos and call me back when he was sure about it. I decided to finish the conversation and leave with a gift card, even though I paid with my credit card. It was horrible service, and the other employees were kind of supporting my attitude because he seemed to be a difficult person with zero customer service skills. I don't plan to visit the Quarry store ever again. I spent $165 on a pair of shoes, and I went home empty-handed. Evan needs training to handle this kind of issue with respect and not treat clients like thieves. The horrible service and his demeanor weren't...

I have been going to the Nike store here at the Quarry for many years with my family and buying shoes also for our kids. The experience I had today was horrendous to say the least I have a pair of Nike air maxes. I got within 5 to 7 days of Christmas. They have some on the clearance marked down $20 less than what I paid. I asked the manager if he could give me the difference, obviously I have the receipt. I have the shoes on and my info is in Their computer system manager said I would have to buy a new pair then return them which makes no sense was very unprofessional white gentleman glasses I believe his name was Evan Then I went to the cashier where I guess they use the headsets to confuse the employees upfront. He told him I was returning or asking for a refund on the difference of the sale price, Nike, you should consider removing these headsets from your employees because they’re also being used the wrong way !!! which I was not. I was returning a pair of my wife’s air maxes brand new in the box unworn the employees got confused. The cashier did not want to take the brand new pair of Nikes out of the bag where the receipt is.. I would encourage more customers around San Antonio on the Quarry to get a hold of Nike corporate office or make reviews. This store has Poor Customer service. Wouldn’t expect it from Nike.! Horrible customer service at the counter also, I guess that comes from the manager they say right it starts with management and the other employees are obvious a result of proper trading. probably not all of them I’ve been greeted and treated their previously good the experience today was not so I hope Nike corporate overlook at this store very well or gets new management. I don’t think I am going to spend my money on my family on this store until there’s new changes… Nike or your regional manager if you’re reading this Let your management employees know that if it wasn’t for customers purchasing Your product y’all wouldn’t be in business.. Customer service and attitude...

Well once again it’s been 6 weeks since my last encounter this one was no better. I was watched while I was in the store the whole time, I had 6 pairs of shoes I was going to buy and it wasn’t a friendly glad your here watch, it was make sure he doesn’t steal watch. Once I made my decision on 3 of the 6 pair over 300 bucks worth of shoes I get to the counter and asked for my birthday discount. The manager started asking the employee questions about my purchase through their walkie talkie system while I’m waiting to be checked out. I waited for 15 minutes then Evanvthe manager comes over and tells me this is the last time we approve a birthday discount! What! Who are you little nobody manager controlling my app discounts that come from NIKE! I was like are you serious, I don’t control what NIKE SENDS ME IF I GET IT I DESERVE IT! He then told me that this store has has “several negative interactions with me”! Wait a minute so I’ve had no issues with you before but now you all are targeting members is it my color plz tell me? He said you don’t have to go there. I told him I asked the worker to hold my shoes and she said we don’t do that anymore but I saw shoes on hold with their name on it right in front of me and they picked up and paid for their shoes but I couldn’t put mine on hold! Wow this is definitely discrimination and it’s criminal to target someone based on their color! I’m so disgusted the manger was tongue tied he had no words but I didn’t know that was still going on, I said the holding shoes or the discrimination, which one are you referring too? They were also holding the shoes I paid for hostage I had to ask them for the shoes I paid for, HORRIBLE DO NOT PATRONAGE THIS NIKE STOREIF YOU BELIEVE IN EQUALITY FOR ALL PEOPLE AND EVAN AND JAKE NEEDS TO BE FIRES AS WELL AS THE OTHER GIRL MANAGER MAKING FACES WHILE I...
