Place has gone to hell.back in June we were without water for 10 days. Owner did nothing.some people in here have medical issues and need to keep clean. All we got from management max was.We don't know where the problem is. Poor excuses and owner not willing to help. Just recently they changed who we make cashiers check out to.our cashiers check was made out to vecno August 1st 2025 because thats what we were told by on site property management.we didn't find out til 20 days later that someone at vecno management altered our cashiers check.they tried to blame me and my wife.we have them on recording trying to accuse us and they are saying fraud is ok..no it is not ok.they cashed the check even though they altered it.vecno management doesn't have a physical address.they only have a mailbox at the ups store at 1150 north loop 1604 west next to the heb at 1604 and Blanco. The phone number that they have is a landline telephone.But we are pretty sure all the calls get forwarded to a cellphone.. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH VECNO...

My husband and I signed a contract to purchase a home,with monthly mortgage and lot prices written in the contract. We were to make payments for 6 months and then we would own the property. We were purchasing a 2 br on lot #55. After two months the manager,Carl,started leaving notices that the owner was requesting extra funds,and also wanting more money for the lot. Carl started leaving these notices every couple of weeks. He turned off our electricity without reason or notice. We called the police who informed him as we had a contract and proof of payment that he could not turn off our electricity. He was ordered by a judge to turn it back on but refused to do so. I would give no stars if I could. Landlord Fabio increases rent every month illegally this place is run down but rent is nearly $1000 this is not right.. mail boxes are broken anyone can steal your mail @ PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HILLY BILLY NUT TRAILER PARK!!
