UPDATE: I am changing my review to 5 stars because of the owner and his concern towards my experience. He personally called to apologize and was able to discuss with me how to make things better for the future. True customer service ! I truly appreciate the personal call and willingness to find a way to address my concerns. I have had decent experiences in the past, but this last experience was not that nice at all. I bought a high end piece of jewelry and was not made aware of the refund exchange policy upfront, and the sales person was very aloof and not very knowledgeable concerning the watch I was buying for my husband. I don't like how we were treated, and we will not be buying any more jewelry pieces from here anymore. My husband had lovingly gifted me a pair of earrings for our anniversary with my favorite stones, except the jeweler he had purchased them from had rushed the item and failed to even come close to matching the quality and shade to go with my ring. It was sorely disappointing, and for the price, I simply did not feel comfortable with my husband spending so much on an item I would never wear. We returned them, and I told him to forget about it.
