Recently I placed an order for a gorgeous king size leather bed with Hill Country Interios. I was truly excited to place this order , they were the Only furnutre store , who were able to accommodate my request! Nobody else has so many beatiful, gorgeous pieses of furniture , as they do! Thier selection can be matched only by thier gracious customer service: Everyone in the store is willing to help and assist , to make your buying experience as wonderful , as thier unique, highest quality furniture pieses.    Read moreMy parents travel from out of Town to look for a living room set that I had seen few week before. By the time they visited the same living set was at a discount yes price. Before they signed the contract we specifically asked the owner that we requested a new set and not the one displayed. He said they had more at their warehouse and that it could be delivered in 2 days. The âsetâ was delivered but they were completely two different couches so they did not accept them since that was not the deal. It seems that they grabbed one couch from the set on displayed and another one from a different set. I called the store and they said they could not do anything about it and that if they order a new set it would be at the regular price.    Read moreWe ordered a table on October 24. It was supposed to take 10-12 weeks to be delivered. It is now 14 weeks and we have heard nothing. After 12 weeks I called, and they said they would check and get back to me. Nothing. After 13 weeks again I called and was told it was in a container being shipped from India. We were not told that this was not a local product. Another call and I was told it would be in Dallas on Feb 5. I stopped by the store twice and sales people were quite abrupt about why I was asking where this was. It is now Feb 13 and still not a word from the store. Their customer service is terrible and I still do not have a table and not any contact from the store to explain or apologize for the delay. I cannot recommend this company at all. The good news is I can find the exact same table on Amazon. Same manufacturer...
