SKATEPARK REVIEW: Springtime is a 2.5 star park in my opinion. Although it is not the ideal park and alot of the obstacles are dysfunctional it definitely gets the job done with plenty of ample flat ground space and the local skate community is respectful and enjoyable. This park is nice in the sense that it can accommodate for all levels of skateboarding, but unfortunately it is often overrun by children on bikes & scooters which can be frustrating and make it inaccessible to skate. Read moreI have not been to the skatepark since "Vans" was there, maybe 4-5 years ago. They have changed it since; I would say for the worse. My son has been out there and said it is really different, and not as fun as before. Concerning the pool; 35 years ago I could have told you the swimming pool was awesome, they had a snack bar and everything. I have heard that it is nothing like before. It feels like they were going for more of an aesthetic look more than the actual functionality of the park. I didn't really find a flow in this park. I spent most of my time on the small fun box.
