I only really write reviews if they're really good or really bad. I just don't feel like a place deserves review except in those two cases because to me a place is suppose to stand out amongst the rest to be worthy of noting. With that being said this place is absolutely fantastic! I have been to several different cbd shops and prices are high or their products fluctuate so often that right when you find one you like they remove and replace it or the quality of their stuff is lacking and this place is not like those. This place stands out to me. Top quality products, steady supply of the ones you love and constantly asking opinions of customers to make sure it fills it's shop with only those products, completely reasonable prices, and to top it all of their staff is absolutely amazing not just in terms of professionalism but also in terms of relatability and just giving off that warm home friendly vibes that is unmatched anywhere else. Belle is my favorite and is in my opinion the best worker they have there but with that being said I've never had a bad experience with anyone there and have always had good things to say Everytime I leave this store. I have and will continue to always recommend this store to anyone and everyone I can hands down. Absolutely phenomenal guys and keep up the good work! I shopped at this location many times for months now, I had never once tried to return or exchange an item until yesterday. I purchased an item I had never tried before with to much THC. I asked the employee who was very nice if I could at least get a store credit he called Danny the manager and danny said no. I got on the phone and expressed that there is no return policy and I didn't even want my money back since I shop there very frequently, he still wouldn't give me a one time store credit I am sure if I was a man he would've handled the situation differently. I get my CBD and CBG products from here most of the time. They have a decent selection and most of the employees are pretty knowledgeable. Sometimes I've had encounters where the employee doesn't seem to know much about the products and that can be a bummer.

They have a good rewards system and I've had a few experiences where the management gave out a couple little goodies to thank me for my purchases.

My main complaint would be that the selection is not very consistent. It seems like they were maybe trying to make their own products at one point? I don't know. But it seems like right when I get used to one kind of vape cartridge or tincture, that brand goes away and I have to try a new one. It's not a huge inconvenience.
