Well, as a long time customer I've see alot of changes. No one is happy about the change in management, it seems they're very UNAPROCHABLE and UNSEEN. The items such as ZUKO and KLASS flavored drink are no longer offered, as the Wyles pineapple and different drinks in one time use little packets. The Vegtables and fruits spoil after a day after purchased. And they no longer have DELICIOUS APPLES SINGLE ONES! The availability of meat items and prices are terrible the meat has no taste and the prices are sky high compared to other stores and quality is very poor. I go in almost daily and some health and beauty items are not being restocked such as the tar shampoo( neutrogena) and mint facial face mask among other items are no longer available. And I've notice the managers( young girls) are very, very snotty. The other day I went in and notice a girl with curly hair kinda on the heavy side , hispanic was talking and flirting with a young boy that fills the orders for the curb side. So I thought ok, you can't ask questions because they don't know and have to look it up on their phones and give you attitude, however they were really talking and carrying on. So I continued my shopping looking and buying items, then about an hour or so went by and I had to go back to the veggie Ile and guess who was still there talking and flirting. I really don't care but it's unfair to other employees and customers who need help. And in the cosmetic dept there's a girl with red hair who is really snotty and always wears weird makeup. Like heart freckles and weird make up. That's all fine if you going out to a nite club. Most of the employees that have been here for a while are the ONLY ones nice enough to say hi and help in finding items. The prior management was soooo much nicer. I've made alot of friends at HEB, however I've had to stop going as often as I was due to the new management and new employees. NO more free items on SUNDAY, I really want good management. Oh and I've had a knee replacement so while my husband checks out I used to sit up front on a bench to wait. I've brought that up several times to the front management to no avail. One did bring a chair that was so dirty I had to ask for a wipe to clean it and when.i asked again the person said we don't do that anymore. She was kirt and very rude. Quite frankly if improvements aren't made many people will be force to chose other stores. I'm not the only that feels that way, many, many people have the same concerns! Sorry, for being so truthful and honest but I'm very tired and very unhappy with the new management and items not available. Not to have chairs is discrimination for the handicap and disable to sit in. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my daughter and no one had done anything. I saw a lady talking to employees and I asked for manager to report water still on floor. It was a lot of water in front of cash register. Lady said "I am the manager" with a attitude. I told her about water and that people could fall. It was about 8 am and most customers were elderly.
