Can’t say enough positive things about Valliani. They have a wonderful staff that was very, very helpful in many ways which Al started with a kind-hearted greeting as I walked by in the mall. You could also tell right away (after I walked in) they offered some very nice brands of jewelry as well, many of which carried some really nice warranty options. What I loved about this was it promotes the longevity and durability of the products they offer. They also described them in “life-long” terms which also reinforces this longevity. Perhaps I’m just too practical but I think of jewelry the exact same way I think about vehicles - longevity, durability, and reliability are key. This rang true with what I saw and experienced at Valliani. One of the key challenges I had was stomaching the cost of taking on a high quality piece of jewelry (as it’s not something I’m used to or have honestly ever owned). Further yet, I’d also informed them that I I had some current financial goals I was working towards - like buying a house (which didn’t involve me acquiring high quality jewelry). And with that, they were very attentive and reciprocal in acknowledging my need to make certain such a jewelry purchase would have minimal to no effect on getting in the way of my other aforementioned financial goals. Namely, buying a house - which involves looking at your credit inquiries (even though down payment and consumer debt weren’t of concern to me… for my situation at least). They very nicely answered the call and addressed this anxiety with providing me with options for lease/finance (that don’t require a credit inquiry) from multiple vendors, layaway/deposit, and even a bit of a boost on the purchase price discount. After absorbing all of these great options, I was able to proceed with what would work best for my situation. I love how they helped me step by step through this. I also really like the idea of purchasing such type of jewelry from a growing jewelry store which helps me have confidence in their stability as a company thus proving their ability to service my jewelry for years to come. A tremendous shout-out to Shantee Vega as well. She helped me navigate all of this and made the experience just phenomenal. I’m the kind of guy that takes very good care of my things and makes them last. With good care, I now have both a gorgeous watch and a gorgeous ring - both of which should last the rest of my life. And, they might even be something I can pass down to the next generation of the family. Shantee and her team helped me solve both of these needs (watch and ring)!in the same trip. They also helped with sizing my ring finger and my wrist for my watch to make certain we achieved the best fit for me. And, they swapped out the links on the watch for me too. Another key metric (that may be often overlooked) was having a security guard on hand both for this jewelry store itself (and an additional one walking the perimeter of this store and the nearby jewelry stores). This security staff was SUPER attentive to their surroundings and had eyes on all things occurring in and around their store. This alone helped me feel very safe, comfortable, and at home with this shopping experience. And lastly, what a beautiful store to shop in. WOW! I also loved how their staff wears some similar jewelry items to what they offer in the store. This way, you can get a better visual “from the outside looking in” on what it looks like on someone. That alone can help you grasp what it may look like on a loved one (significant other, spouse, children, parents, or even yourself).

And, I also acknowledge the A/C and/or heat environment in the stores I shop in. Sometimes I’m in a store and it’s so darn hot or cold in there, it interrupts my focus of what I’m in there to shop for. That definitely wasn’t the case here. I was super comfortable the entire time. All around, just flat out wonderful experience shopping here!

First time shopping at Villiani Jewelers and my wife and I are very pleased. Shantee Vega was a big help and got us the best deals possible on all our jewelry. Originally went in for one piece but walked out with 5 different ones because the price was unbeatable. Shantee and the manager went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and took the time to find us exactly what we were looking for. (Update; Went back to try and exchange my chain for a bracelet instead, like their policy states I’m allowed to, but was met with a lack of good customer service. Shantee, the salesperson who helped me initially, didn’t seem like my new request was as important as my initial purchase. It felt as if my value as a customer was diminished since there was no sale to be made. She said she would give me a call if she found what I was looking for… still waiting) P.S. I found better service, a wider range of variety, and made an exchange at the Ontario Mills location. Shout out to the manager...
